HDR-T Round Volume Control Damper

HDR-T can operate as a manual shut off or balancing volume control damper for round spiral ductwork. Damper position is visible at the hand locking quadrant arm.

  • Designed for regulating airflow in round duct systems.
  • Single blade or multiblade construction ensures smooth airflow control.
  • Operated manually with quadrant arm or fitted with actuator for motorised control.
  • Provides accurate air balancing with minimal pressure drop.
  • Heavy-duty construction suitable for medium and high-pressure duct applications.
Material

• Frame: Galvanized steel, 0.5mm thickness.
• Blade: Galvanized steel, 0.5mm thickness.

 

 

Axles
Hexagonal shaped engineering plastic or hexagonal bar mild steel.

Bearing
Plastic sleeve as standard. Bronze bush is optional.

Temperature Limits
-40°C to 116°C

Surface Finish

Mill galvanized.
